This week yielded a smorgasbord of discussion, news, hot issues, student opinion and industry insight. Now, I know what you’re thinking- when’s the last time I saw the word ‘smorgasbord’? But in all honesty and with much appreciation, we at Ad Buzz thank all of you who participated in “The Buzz” and who will continue to make it an interesting forum for advertising talk.

Here is the list of this week’s questions and the best answers that we received from the online ad community:

Friday April 15, 2011:

[Drumroll] ‘Tweet of the Week” honours for Week 3 go to @Shanesbrain:

The textbook definition of buzzard:
“A large hawk-like bird of prey with broad wings and a rounded tail, typically seen soaring in wide circles.”

This is a pretty fitting description of the Ad Buzz community; we strive to be strong and well-rounded, seeking out the latest and greatest in the world of Advertising.
We aim to widen our own circles everyday to network and learn from others with the same interests/goals. And who doesn’t want to be ‘hawk-like’?

Next week should be even more fun, so stay tuned for more BIG thinking and BIG discussion. Remember to use the hashtag when commenting about anything at all; it’s your friend → #adbuzz
